Heritage House of Sebeka is a 24 hour assisted living facility which is located in Sebeka, Minnesota.  Our home is a beautiful living experience for the elderly and persons with memory loss in a family like setting.  Our primary focus at Heritage House of Sebeka is on meeting the needs of the elderly while honoring their dignity and well being through compassionate and individualized care.  We provide home-like living and encourage each resident to participate in life's daily routines to the best of their abilities.

Heritage House of Sebeka believes that health care is a basic human right.  We believe that individuals must be allowed to participate in planning for their health care and other basic needs and can remain in the home environment with assisted living services as long as they are able.  Services must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate.  Our primary focus is on meeting the needs of elders while honoring their dignity and well being through holistic, compassionate, individualized care.
