Come see what small town caring is all about. |
|
Heritage House of Sebeka believes that healthcare is a basic human right. We believe that individuals must be allowed to participate in planning for their healthcare and other basic needs and can remain in the home environment with assisted living services as long as they are able. Services must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate. Our primary focus is on meeting the needs of elders while honoring their dignity and well being through holistic, compassionate, individualized care.
This home is designed to meet the special needs of people with memory loss and the frail elderly. We offer 14 units, three of which are double rooms, giving a maximum capacity of 17 residents. Located in a quiet, newly constructed residential area, Heritage House of Sebeka provides home-like living and encourages involvement in life's daily routines from each resident. Cost of Care Cost of care is based on an individual's care needs as determined after an individual assessment. Payment options include private pay, elderly waiver and alternative care. Elderly waiver and alternative care are contracted between Heritage House of Sebeka and Social Services. These various options will be discussed in detail on admission.
Resident & Family Involvement Our facility encourages resident involvement in all aspects of daily living. With our staff providing guidance, residents take part in personal grooming, meal preparation and household tasks. Recreational activities adapted for persons with short attention spans are offered each day. |
