Our Mission...
Heritage House of Kimball believes
that health care is a basic human right. We believe that individuals
must be allowed to participate in planning for their healthcare
and other basic needs and can remain in the home environment
with assisted living services as long as they are able. Services
must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive
way, combined with other human services when appropriate. Our
primary focus is on meeting the needs of elders while honoring
their dignity and well being through holistic, compassionate,
individualized care.
Our Facility...
Our building design promotes social
interaction and encourages resident involvement in life's daily
routines. Heritage House of Kimball provides a homelike living
and has private and semiprivate rooms available. Each room has
its own bathroom. Our home is located in a quiet residential
area, with strong community involvement.
Cost of Care...
Cost of care is based on an individual's care needs as determined
after an individual assessment. Payment options include private
pay, elderly waiver and alternative care and are contracted between
Heritage House of Kimball and Social Services. These various
options will be discussed in detail on admission.
Safety & Security
Safety and security are important
in the lives of people with memory loss. Heritage House ensures
that these needs are met. Around-the-clock care is provided by
specially trained caregivers. Entry doors are equipped with alarms
to protect residents who are at risk of wandering. An enclosed
courtyard is available for gardening, picnics, leisurely walks
or relaxing on the lawn furniture.
