Located in a quiet residential area, Heritage House of Blackduck provides home-like living and encourages involvement in life's daily routines from each resident.

Families are always welcome to visit and take loved ones on outings and share in activities.  Visits by children are welcomed and encouraged.  Family members are considered a vital part of the caregiving team at Heritage House.  They provide information about their loved one's daily routine.  This information assists the staff to involve the resident in family activities each day.

Surrounded by a warm and comfortable atmosphere, this home is specifically designed to meet the special needs of elderly who are in need of services to maintain their independence. 



    


Our Mission

Heritage House of Blackduck believes that healthcare is a basic human right.  We believe that individuals must be allowed to participate in planning for their healthcare and other basic needs and can remain in the home environment with assisted living services as long as they are able.  Services must be available, coordinated, and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate.  Our primary focus is on meeting the needs of elders while honoring their dignity and well being through holistic, compassionate, individualized care.
